As a Healthcare Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping payments on track by actively following up on submitted claims, identifying roadblocks, and driving resolutions. Your persistence and clarity directly impact results every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Actively follow up on submitted claims to keep them moving toward payment
• Make outbound calls, portal checks, and written follow-ups to confirm status and next steps
• Identify delays, denials, or missing information and escalate issues appropriately
• Document updates clearly and accurately in internal systems
• Monitor claim aging and prioritize work based on timing and impact
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
• Support shared goals, coverage needs, and process improvements
• Maintain compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and internal policies

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience in claims follow-up or receivables
• Bachelors degree or some college preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Confidence communicating by phone, email, and written documentation
• Comfort navigating computer systems, portals, spreadsheets, and workflows
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
